Intensive Emotional Wellness Retreats - Cinque Terre, Italy

Welcome to Vernazza, Cinque Terre, Italy, one of the sites of our retreat experiences.

Overview

This area of Northwestern Italy is composed of five historical fishing villages linked by train, and a hiking trail, and lies on the coast of the Ligurian Sea connected to the Mediterranean Sea. This area of Italy located in Liguria, Italy in the province of La Spezia, is referred to as the Italian Riviera. Our Cinque Terre retreats are offered in the Spring. These retreats are designed for small group (12 maximum participants) experiences. These retreat programs combine individual and group learning experiences. Retreat experiences will include both formal and informal instruction, guided and unguided outdoor exercises, and excursions to local area attractions.

Retreat Objectives

To empower participants and support them to develop skills that they can apply to their daily lives to increase their emotional resilience and wellbeing.
To help individuals to enhance their ability to access their intuitive and emotional intelligence in ways that promote increased resilience.
To provide a safe emotional space for participants to explore new ways to manage their time and energy to promote wellbeing.
To offer a variety of meditative experiences that allow participants to deepen their connection to their inner selves and inner wisdom that can be used for gaining deeper insights into current challenges and creating new futures.

How Long do the retreats last ?

Retreats are scheduled for one week, Sunday to Saturday.

All Educational Programming: Including Formal and Informal Instruction, Workbooks, Handouts, and Guided Meditations
Continental Breakfast
Vegetarian lunches each day of instruction
Water provided with all meals
Transportation and entry access, if necessary, for group excursion(s)

What is NOT included in cost of retreat ?

Airfare and transport to and from designated rendezvous retreat location.

Two dinners.

Restaurant tipping in Italy is typically not expected.
