This business was birthed in the living room of my parent’s home. My mother invited her sisters over to the house and the four of them became my first community-based audience. I stepped in my new role as teacher, sharing what I had learned about emotional wellness and stress reduction.
Over the past 20 years, in my spare time, I have constructed and presented emotional wellness education seminars with academic, corporate, and community audiences.
