As the founder and director of the Houston Center for Emotional Wellness, my current objective is to continue to inspire and empower individuals to take an active role in building their emotional resilience and managing their emotional wellbeing. Lesley has had professional experience providing clinical assessment and mental health treatment as well as teaching Psychology at the college level. However, a major focus of her career has been creating and presenting emotional wellness educational programs.
Lesley Teitelbaum, is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. and graduated from Syracuse University. While at Syracuse University, she was awarded a research fellowship from the National Institute of Health and received the Doctoral Prize Award for Excellence in Scholarship and Research. Social science continues to be important to her work, and Lesley has presented her research at national and international professional conferences over the past two decades.
Lesley offers emotional wellness programs, including workshops, seminars, individualized targeted emotional wellness coaching sessions, and intensive retreats. Her approach focuses on teaching practical skills for the development of emotional well-being and resiliency. She shares her work with academic, corporate, and community audiences in the U.S. and Internationally since 2006.
